Your safari adventure begins upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where your professional guide welcomes you for a brief briefing. Drive straight to Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees, diverse ecosystems, and huge elephant populations. Enjoy your first game drive exploring the riverbanks and open savannah. Tarangire hosts some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa, along with abundant giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and buffaloes. After an exciting day in the park, head to your lodge to relax and unwind. Activities: Airport pickup, transfer to Tarangire NP, game drive. After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning safari with a packed picnic lunch. Known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World," this caldera offers dense wildlife viewings and year-round sightings of lions, buffaloes, hippos, and rare black rhinos. At 2:00 PM, ascend the crater walls and begin your scenic drive into Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route before arriving at your luxury tented camp in the heart of the Central Serengeti for dinner and rest. Following breakfast at camp, set out on a safari journey moving north through the Serengeti. Explore the changing landscapes from central acacia woodland to the rolling northern hills. Keep watch for big cats (lions, cheetahs, leopards), elephant herds, and plains game throughout the day. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch out on the open savannah. As golden hour approaches, continue game viewing before arriving at your northern tented camp for dinner under the stars. After returning to camp for breakfast (or enjoying a packed breakfast in the bush), begin your return journey to Arusha or transfer to the local airstrip (such as Kogatende) for a domestic flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to connect with your evening flight home.
